He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Mank (Knight) and Joseph Nicholas Seubert, Sr.; his former wife Harriet Seubert (Shay); his daughter Stella Seubert; and his stepfather Albert Mank.
He is survived by: his wife Laura J. Seubert (Carter); his children, Lisa Maffei (John), Nicole Criss and Joseph Criss; and his grandchildren, Joshua Anderson, Jessica Maffei, Justin Maffei, Justin Kirsch and Joshua Place.
