She was predeceased by: her husband Michael J. Bollinger, Jr.; her parents, Leonard W. Henderson and Anne Flanagan Henderson; her grandson Jeffrey E. Voyce; her son-in-law Skip Barker; and her sister Virginia Mellendick.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Fazio (William), Michael J. Bollinger, III (Katrine), Margaret B. Voyce (Brian), Stuart J. Bollinger (Judith), Martin J. Bollinger (Maura), Phyllis J. Fowler (James), Bryan J. Bollinger (Paula), Leonard W. Bollinger (Kelly) and H. Stephen Bollinger (Laurette). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
