It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack E. Bowman of Bel Air, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, J. David Bowman and Naomi Grace Bowman (Koontz); and his brothers, John David Bowman, Jr. and Harry Sidney Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Bowman (Stonebraker); and his children, Douglas Bowman (Suzanne), David Bowman (Vicki) and Diane Steffens (Christopher).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bel Air United Methodist Church, 21 Linwood Avenue, Bel Air, MD 21014.
