Taylor of Bel Air, Maryland, born in War, West Virginia, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Walls and Nancy Della Walls (Bishop); and her siblings, John Walls, Imogene Barberry, Ernestine Noe, Lee Segraves and Judith Cantler.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford Taylor; her children, C. Mark Taylor (Lisa), Teresa Taylor-Woodward and Lisa Michelle "Shelly" Russell (Taylor); her grandchildren, Allison Taylor, Gregory, Nicholas, Andrea Woodward of Timothy, Russell Jr. and Taylor Neukam (Ryan Neukam); her great grandchild Blakely Neukam; and her sister Esther Walls Henry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
