She was predeceased by: her parents, George Combs and Greathel Combs (Osborne); her husband James Carroll Lockard Sr.; and her children, Brenda Roozen, Vanessa Osborne, Lisa Herring and Charles Lockard.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Osborne, Randy Lockard and James Carroll Lockard Jr.; and her stepdaughters, Lucinda McDonagh and Patricia Duni. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
