She is survived by: her siblings, Wendell Baxter of Abingdon, Maryland, Betty Baxter of Abingdon, Maryland and Roxanne Baxter-Hayhoe of Baltimore. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, and a host of nieces and nephews.
