He was predeceased by: his parents, Petrina Ragusa and John Ragusa; his son Richard F. Ragusa; and his brother John Ragusa. He is survived by: his wife Maria Ragusa (Lena); his children, Lisa, Patrick Parisi, Maria, Jim Flanagan and Carla Ragusa; his grandchildren, Joseph, Jillian Flanagan, Jamie, Joshua Sussex, Jennifer Flanagan, Megan Trotter, Tatiana Parisi and Brent Ragusa-Klassen; and his siblings, Joseph, Lucy Ragusa, Robert, Roxanne Ragusa and Edith Ragusa.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schimunek Funeral Home (610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014). A Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Saint Ignatius Church (533 E Jarrettsville Rd, Forest Hill, MD 21050).
