He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Ralph Kelly and Rose Kelly (Silk); and his siblings, Catherine "Kitty" Anne Fitzpatrick and James "Jim" Ralph Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kelly (Hyman); his daughters, Bridget Davis (Tim) and Meaghan O'Reilly (Bart); his grandchildren, Rose, Maeve, Cormac, Trudy Davis, Eoin and Ronan O'Reilly; and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth "Kelly" Caslin and Rosemary Patricia Lyons. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to John Carroll High School art department or Harford Land Trust.
