He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hayes and Geraldine Hayes (Proud); and his wife Veronica Carrington (Twele). He is survived by: his children, Denise Hite, Doreen Conklin, David Carrington, Danny Carrington and John Carrington. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
