With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Florence E. Shoemaker of Bel Air, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Florence left this world on March 31, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Shoemaker, Jr.; and her parents, Donald Pugh and Dorothy Pugh. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Shoemaker and Tina Shoemaker (John Mikulich); her nieces and nephews, Shelly Butler, Sharena Thompson, Katlyn Dickinson and Bonnie Searles; and her friend Sherri DeWitt.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air (610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
