She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Minnick and Eleanor Minnick (Harkins); her husband Hiley F. Koontz, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Cora Koontz. She is survived by: her children, Bernie (Craig Kogut) and Mark Koontz; and her grandsons, Steven, Matthew, Jonathan Koontz of Arcata, California and Daniel Kogut (Emily) of Bel Air.
