We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2023, at the age of 75, Donna Louise Spencer of Bel Air, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Spencer and Nina Spencer (Reedy); and her siblings, Madeline Robinson and Gerald Spencer. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Spencer-Allen; her granddaughter Haley Lynn Schaffer; and her brother Norman Harold Spencer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Haley Schaffer's college fund. To donate, please mail a check to Melissa Spencer-Allen, 1430 Banavie Terrace E, Bel Air, MD 21015.
