He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ferrell Burlin; his children, Tammy White (Richard) and Donald M. Burlin, III; his stepchildren, Kent R. Ferrell, Kevin M. Ferrell, Mark Ferrell and Sandra Ferrell; his granddaughter Heidi Wilhelmina Blanchard (Josh); his great grandchild Jillian Wilhelmina Marie Blanchard; and also, Kent C. Ferrell, Emily Ferrell and Heidi Ferrell.
