It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dick Blackburn of Bel Air, Maryland, who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Blackburn and Ethel Blackburn (Greer); and his brother Kenneth Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Blackburn; his daughters, Melinda Weilminster and Jennifer Hupp (Robert); his grandchildren, Miles Hupp, Perrin Hupp and Trevor Weilminster; and his siblings, Mary Jarvas, Maxine Jenkins, Ruby Schmidth, Diana Lynch and Donald Blackburn.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Maryland Food Bank or the American Heart Association.
