We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2023, at the age of 86, David Tom Hinckle of Bel Air, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leoda Hinckle (Norris) and Herman Hinckle; and his spouse Shirley Hinckle (Meadows). He is survived by: his children, Terry L. Sexton (Jennifer), Dorey D. Newcomb and Brenda L. Andrews-Lucky (Gary); and his close friend Ruth Brewster. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
