He was predeceased by: his father Jack Kelly; his brother Paul Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Chub Blevins and Joan Kelly. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Kelly (Larner); his wife Lisa Kelly (Richmond); his daughter Ruby Kelly; his son-in-law Brian McKeldin; and his siblings, Marian Blevins, Patty Hash (Ken), Mike Kelly and Jackie Kelly (Jo Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
