He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Sr., Marian E. Wachter, John and Crescentia DiMarcantonio. He is survived by: his son Sgt. Jacob T. Wachter (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Owen and Annabeth Wachter; his parents, William J. Wachter and Joanne D. Wachter; his sibling Ryan Wachter (Jen); his aunts and uncles, Mary Kremer (Jerry), Mary Lou Plum (Joseph), Carol Brown (Kenneth), Sandy Behr (George) and Rich DiMarcantonio (Marian); and his girlfriend Christina Mullaney. He is also survived by loving cousins and friends.
