He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taylor and Mary "Maggie" Taylor; his wife Iris Taylor; and his siblings, Claude Taylor, Elmer Taylor, Carl Taylor, Rayford Taylor, Beulah Compton, Violet Livingston and Avis Rossier.

He is survived by: his children, C. Mark Taylor (Lisa), Teresa Taylor-Woodward and Shelly Russell; his grandchildren, Allison Ashcraft (Chris), Greg Woodward, Nick Woodward (Olivia) of Andrea Woodward, T. J, Russell and Taylor Neukam (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Blakely Neukam and Hadley Neukam; and his brother Avery (Kay Taylor).
