It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Martin Lyons Jr. of Bel Air, Maryland, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lyons and Juanita Caudill (McNutt); his brother Michael Lyons; and his stepmother Mary Frances Lyons. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Lyons (Kelly); his children, Chuck Lyons (Christine) and Colleen Dunnigan (Timothy); his grandchildren, Cara Lyons (Brittany), Courtney Lyons, Patrick Lyons, Katelynn Anderson and Justin Dunnigan; his great grandchildren, Silas Levey and Addyson Hartley; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Lyons.
