We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2023, at the age of 90, Carol Sinder Oakley of Bel Air, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arnold and May Sinder (Carter); and her husband Robert Seaman Oakley. She is survived by: her children, Donna Mays (David) and Robert Douglas Oakley (Susanne); and her grandchildren, Alicia Mays, Andrea Mays, Samuel Morgan Wiseman and Robert Dakota Oakley.
