He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Holbrook (Simons); his children, David Holbrook (Janet) and Sharon Moffett (Jim); and his siblings, Doug Holbrook (Francis), Barbara "Joan" Edwards (Bill), Shirley "Gayle" Coss and Delores Cullum (Russell). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
