Mayhew Sr. of Barton, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on April 19, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Joseph and Woodie Gay Mayhew (Paugh); his grandson Christopher Lee Crites; and his brothers, Roger Lee Paugh and Mark Dale Mayhew.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne D. Mayhew, Jr. (JoAnna) of Keyser, Latosha Kaylin Mayhew of McCoole, MD, Brandon Michael O'Haver of Piedmont, WV, Sarah Elizabeth Mayhew of Frostburg, MD and Emilee Anne Mayhew of Frostburg, MD; his siblings, Ray Mayhew (Pat) of Fountain, WV, Rita "Missie" Stevens of Cresaptown, MD and Debbie Bolyard (John) of Cresaptown, MD; and his cousin Patty Watson of Mill Run, MD.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the Smith Funeral Home, 85 S. Main Street Keyser, WV 26726 to assist in defraying funeral expenses.
