In the sacred silence of farewell, Sarah Jane is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sarah Jane's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Will Kirksey; her children, Eben and Kate; and her grandsons, Henry and Luke.
During the coronavirus pandemic her son Eben also came back to the farm to join the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in her honor to either Riverworks Art Center (riverworksart.org) or WUMCO Help (wumcohelp.org), our local charity.
