Cooley of Barnesville, Maryland, born in Frederick, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his son Douglas Ward Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Ward; his daughter Lisa Fedders (Luke); his grandchildren, Megan Kathryn McAleer (Jack), Zachary Michael Fedders, Douglas Ward Cooley Jr. and Jacob Carson Cooley; and his great grandchildren, Ava Louise Cooley, Tate Douglas McAleer and Mark.
