She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence L. Allnutt and Laura Mae Allnutt (Howard); and her siblings, Alice R. Burkett, Ruth Stup, Thelma V. Gartner, Edna M. Burdett, Clarence "Buddy", Jr. and Marshall W. Allnutt.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Ward, Sr. (Debbie, David A.); her siblings, Anna Corrales, Pat Williams, Upton Allnutt and James Allnutt; her grandchildren, Carrie A. Ward and Douglas Ward, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Gaven D. and Jaxon W. Williams.
