She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Mowen and Verna Mowen of Hagerstown, MD.; and her daughter Jane. She is survived by: her husband Walter M. Prichard; her children, Greg (Sam), Keith (Sandy) and Beth; and her friend Walter. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a contribution be made to Brookside Gardens (via the Montgomery County Parks Foundation. Please note Brookside Gardens on the donation).
