He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Cookie" Meekins; his children, Frank (Robin), Steve (Ann), Jeff (Dorcas) and Kim; his grandsons, Patrick (Randi), Parker, Christopher, Logan and Brandon; and his great grandchild Patrick, Jr..
