He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Ira Seim Sr. and Thelma Reier Connelly Seim; his parents-in-law, Margaret Horwath D'Anna and Joseph D'Anna; and his brother Neil Eugene Seim.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy D'Anna Seim; his daughters, Cheryl Curcio (Anthony), Michele Voegele (Ralph), Dawn Milam (David) and Kim Preschel; his grandchildren, Kristen Curcio, Adam Vetock, Lea Bertoni, Nicole Reed, Andrew Preschel, Ryan Voegele and Madison Preschel; and his great grandchildren, Nicolas, Michael and Caleb.
