He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Brown and Shirley Brown; his wife Carolyn Renee Brown; his siblings, John, Elaine, Darlene, Andre and Missy; his sister-in-law Maria; his sister Lavinia; his children, Sir-Martinique, Micah, Myloshia, Verselle and Ronald Jr.; and his grandchildren, Nasir, Nijae and Ronald III. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
