She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Vance and Ruby Vance. She is survived by: her husband Tillman "Tim" Ramsey; her children, Tillman "Timmy" Ramsey of Greensboro, MD. and Kimberly "Kim" Isaacs (Jimmy) of Preston, MD.; and her grandchildren, Chastity Stubbs (Justin), Holli Ramsey (Jonathan), Harley Cohee (Shane), Logan Higgs (Doug), Travis Isaacs (Courtney), Cheyenne Lee, Cole Ramsey, Makenzie, Kalli, Zach, Alex, Rhyder, Lucy, Harlan, Lewis, Larkin, Delaney, Camryn and Maddie.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McCully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home (3204 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
