He was predeceased by: his parent Brenda Bash of Lyburn, WV; his grandparents, Ruth Burgess and Eugene Burgess; his aunt Joyce Hodovan; and his niece Summer Botsch.
He is survived by: his son Landyn Shane Botsch; the mother of his child Chelsea Collins (Dustin); his siblings, John Botsch (Lisa) and Danielle Mason; his nephew Dustin Botsch; and his close friends, Leonard Fergusen and Ryan Schulthesis.
