As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Steven may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tania Wain; his children, Katelyn (Donte), Steven (Sarah), Cortney and Carl; his brothers, George Wain (Rebecca), Emmett "Pete" Wilson and Ralph Carder; and his mother-in-law Patsy Hepbron. He was also cherished by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. (1501 E Fort Ave, Baltimore, MD 21230). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 8:30 PM at the same location.
