She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin Nemon; her parents, Rabbi Aaron Shear and Rebitzin Minah Leah Shear; and her sisters, Helena Shear Cirt and Gertude Shear Sorin.

She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Nemon Schulman (late Al) and Chaya Chaina Bortz (Dovid); and her brother Hillel Shear (Judy). She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
