I met Sam in 2006 and although our initial relationship was formed by a real estate transaction Sam became so much more than a client to me he was my friend. I’m will forever miss those calls with him saying Yo Shan you busy and me saying I’m never too busy for you Sam ☺️. He was always reaching out to try and help someone else become a home owner. RIP my friend and you will be greatly missed!”
