She is survived by: her husband John Alan Van Wagenen (Jack); her daughters, Lynn Rehn (Michael) and Carol Jones (Craig); her daughter-in-law Loretta Van Wagenen; and her grandchildren, Curtis, Christopher, Colleen, Shelby, Alonna and Ashley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
