It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph C. Garrett Jr. (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Dolores M. Garrett; and his child-in-law Richard. He is survived by: his children, William Garrett (Sue) and Ralph Garrett, III; and his children-in-law, Dorothy Garrett and Donna Garrett. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchildren.
