He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Milcarek (Phillips); his parents, Andrew Milcarek and Josephine Milcarek of Freeland, PA.; and his siblings, Lucille, Johanna, Charles, Thomas and Anastasia.
He is survived by: his children, Denise M. Milcarek, Diane Towers and Duane Milcarek; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Towers, Andrew Towers, Matthew Price, Chloe Milcarek and Evan Milcarek; his great grandchild Julianne Hoover; his children-in-law, James Towers, Denise L. Milcarek and James Price; and his siblings, Violet and Emil. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
