She was predeceased by: her parents, Icie Smith Ludy and Lloyd Cyrus Ludy; her husband Ralph Noel; and her siblings, Cyrus, Thomas, Paul, Clarence Ludy, Ruth Rinehart, Mary Younker and Rachel Kershner.
She is survived by: her son Charles Noel; her grandsons, Jake (Christie) and Matt; her great grandchild Claire; and her sisters, Martha Flook of Myersville and Esther Barton of Hagerstown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park (17636 W Washington St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
