He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lilley and Virginia Lilley (Cline); his wife Shirley Lilley (Divelbiss); and his sister Carol Rice. He is survived by: his children, Todd Lilley (Jackie) of New Jersey, Tara Lilley and Heather Lilley; his granddaughters, Julia Regalbuto (Vince) and Emma Lilley; and also Maggie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Norland Cemetery (2295 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
