She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lee Fleming and Corrine Estelle Fleming; her grandson Bryan Scott; and her sister-in-law Lenora Brown. She is survived by: her husband Elmer Johnson, Sr.; her friend Selma; her children, Elmer Johnson, Jr. (Crystal), Gwendolyn Jackson, Tamlyn Johnson and Charles Johnson (Schamay); her grandchildren, Brandon, Justin, April, Michael (Danielle), Gerald (Sagirah), Destiny, Charles, Chasmin and Tenaira; her great grandchildren, Amari, Zyai, Riley, Zuri Braxton, Aziza and Amani; her brother Charles Jerome Fleming; her sisters-in-law, Mary McCann and Christine Mooring; and her niece Felicia Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chatman-Harris Funeral Home (5305 Harford Rd, Baltimore, MD 21214). A wake was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
