Clouser in Baltimore, Maryland, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2024 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas D. Papoutsis and Maria Alpoyanis Papoutsis; and her siblings, Zoe P. McCleaf and Dr. Thomas N. Papoutsis. She is survived by: her children, Michael L Clouser and Maria Nicole Clouser (Jeffrey Samarizya); her siblings, James Papoutsis and Cecelia Masney (John Masney); and her sister-in-law Ettie Papoutsis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
