He is survived by: his wife Iris "Shorty" Alston; his children, Felecia Veale-Buckson, Taji Alston, Kai Alston and Tamir Alston; his grandchildren, Brandon, Julius, Kyle, Kain-Lan, Ali and Taylor; his son-in-law Otis Buckson Jr.; his siblings, Margaret Lewis, Charlene Alston, Tina O'Neil, Diane Thomas and Jimmy Alston; his siblings-in-law, Muriel Alston, Daphne Lee, Michelle Dean, Teressa Cherry, Tracey Riddick-Veale, Marie Veale, Lisa Veale, Norris Veale, Dennis Veale, Thomas Veale, Andre Cherry and John Dean; and his mother-in-law Penary Veale. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
