She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Fowler and Mina Fowler (Brace); her spouse Nevin Gillmor; her daughter Cindy Lee Wilson; and her siblings, Richard (Charlotte), Paul (Rena), Roger (Betty), Ervin Fowler, Lela Collins (Homer) and Phyllis Scribner (Donald).
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Fowler (Jo Ann) and Marilyn Ward; her sister-in-law Jane Fowler; her daughter Judith K. Abbott of Acworth, Georgia; her grandchildren, Susanne Wilson and Andrew Wilson (Christina); her great grandchildren, Jessica Wilson, Kathleen Madison and Regan Lewis; and her great great grandchildren, Emma, Adelia, Hamish, Ava and Lexi. She is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
