He was predeceased by: his spouse Georgia Elizabeth Milinovich. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Sentz (Ronald), Patricia Brown, Karen Wojtysiak, John Michael Milinovich, Denise Milinovich and Joseph Milinovich; and his grandchildren, Danielle Sentz, Melissa Prestianni, Heather Dymond, Amber Renaud, Ryan Sentz, Stevie Milinovich, Nicole Michelich, Christina Brown and Jamie Sentz.
