He was predeceased by: his parents, Regina Carter and Walter Carter; and his brothers, Jerome and Joseph Carter. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Carter; his children, Justin (Amanda), Seneka (Rob) and Angelique; his grandchildren, Alanna, Makayla, Kira, Nick, Bri, Jake and Hunter; and his siblings, Jeffrey (Betty), James (Cindy) and Mary (Mike). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
