She was predeceased by: her parents, Hall A. Howard and Shirley Howard; and her sibling Jackie L. Schaffer. She is survived by: her sister Sharon L. Hughes. She is also survived by 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home (3631 Falls Rd, Baltimore, MD 21211). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
