She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry J. and Mary R. Arnold; and her siblings, Harry Arnold, Ginny Flanagan and Janice Arnold.
She is survived by: her husband James A. Ball; her daughters, Suzanne Ball Bernhardt (Steve Bernhardt), Meredith Ball and Courtney Ball O'Mahoney (Patrick O'Mahoney); her grandchildren, Michael, Brian, Ashley Bernhardt, Ronan, Finnegan, Rauri and Declan O'Mahoney; and her brothers, Gregory Arnold, James Arnold and Robert Arnold.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (105 Church Ln, Cockeysville, MD 21030).
In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Joan may be directed to support The Hackerman-Patz House at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.
