He was predeceased by: his parent Dean R.. He is survived by: his parent Iona Sweitzer (Michael); his aunt Charlotte A. Sweitzer of Shrewsbury, PA; his brother Ted M. Sweitzer (Judy) of Pawleys Island, SC; and his niece Katrina Kinneer (Sweitzer).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jerry's name to Heavenly Paws Animal Rescue in Seven Valleys, PA or to a local animal shelter or humane society.
