He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Vicky" Baker; his brother-in-law James Baker; his brothers, Billy Locklear and Quinnie Locklear; his daughter Mary Hunt; his grandchildren, David Smith, Carlie Chavis and Taylor Chavis; his great grandchildren, Tayden Pilone-Smith, Tayah Pilone-Smith, Harlem King Valentin, Micheal Zaiden Valentin and Emrie Nevaeh Chavis; and his nieces, Tomalita Locklear Peterson, Janine Locklear Norton, Barbara Locklear Jacobs, Tina Oxendine and Della Locklear.
