He is survived by: his wife Joann; his brother Stephen C. Bisson; his sister-in-law Dr. Sharen M. B. Bisson; and his nieces, Emma Lindsay Bisson and Olivia Grace Bisson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mitchell - Wiedefeld Funeral Home, Inc. (6500 York Rd, Baltimore, MD 21212). A prayer was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
